Modrus Mediator

Modrus Mediator is a unique integration between 3Com's VCX® VoIP telephony system and Microsoft Exchange® 2007 / 2010. It offers true unified messaging by combining email, voicemail and fax into a single inbox, accessible from a wide variety of devices. It doesn't matter if you're using your office computer, a computer in an Internet cafe, a 3Com VCX telephone handset or even a hands-free mobile phone while driving - you're using a single inbox to access all of your messages.

Single Mailbox - all email, voicemail and fax messages are stored in and accessed from a single user mailbox. Messages can be managed, sorted and acted upon without the need to run multiple applications.

Reduced Costs - unified messaging enables site and server consolidation, reducing the number of servers required to provide email, voicemail and fax facilities. This consolidation can significantly reduce the running and maintenance costs, with Exchange administrators using existing skill sets to combine mission critical services on existing, centrally managed servers.

Time Savings - users can quickly and easily find important information regardless of the original message type by using their preference of Outlook, Outlook Web Access, office telephone handset or Active Sync enabled mobile device.
