Advance Hardware Replacement Modrus' manufacturer trained networking experts verify the source of problems by telephone. Once hardware return is confirmed as being necessary, a next business day replacement is guaranteed.*
Telephone Technical Support Qualified networking engineers help you resolve incidents quickly and efficiently during standard UK business hours**. All incidents are recorded and monitored in Modrus' purpose designed ticket system.
On-site Engineer Support For even greater peace of mind, Modrus provides the full expertise of an on-site engineer in the event of a hardware outage. The replacement hardware will be fully installed and configured using the most recently available backup configuration files.***
Remote Management Your hardware becomes fully maintained, including moves / adds / deletes, configuration backups and monitoring / alerting throughout the contract term.
* The customer is responsible for installation and configuration of replacement hardware, unless 'On-site Engineer Support' is selected.
** Standard UK business hours = 9am-5pm Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.
*** The customer is responsible for providing configuration file backups, unless the 'Remote Management' option is selected.
