Modrus 'Just One Inbox' (JOI) is a collection of Modrus services for small businesses that want to look after their own PCs but want Modrus to provide their IT infrastructure. Comprising a personal, unified messaging solution which brings together voicemail, email and fax - JOI provides superior call quality and powerful call answering / forwarding functionality, plus a comprehensive email and collaborative working environment.

Superior Call Quality - Modrus partners with best-of-breed hardware and connectivity providers, to ensure maximum call bandwidth and clarity. Our systems are not crammed with hundreds of conversations (a practice called 'clipping'), meaning you get a crystal clear connection every time.

Industry Standard Solution - based upon the industry standard Microsoft Exchange® application, Modrus JOI provides comprehensive emailing facilities. The service features integrated anti-spam and anti-virus protection, plus access to shared calendars and files, with a generous 2GB of storage per mailbox.

Numerous Accessibility Options - Modrus JOI can be accessed from desktop or laptop computers using Microsoft Outlook®*, while Outlook Web Access® provides secure access from any Internet browser. In addition the service supports numerous mobile phones / PDAs including iPhone, Blackberry and those running Windows Mobile, all with full, automatic synchronisation.

* The monthly fee includes a Microsoft Outlook license for each mailbox.
