Partnership means sharing the risk – and one of the ways we share is to invest our time and money up front, taking 100% of the CAPEX risk to radically improve your IT from the bottom up.
Once live, our service becomes OPEX – fixed, predictable, stable. For instance, we just invested £140,000 and 40 engineer days to put in a new installation for a customer whose 160 users arrived on a Monday morning to find brand new IT equipment configured and ready to go.
We work with you up front to develop the cost benefit analysis, to clearly identify where the added value is going to come from, and then even more importantly, we work alongside you to realise that value over the life of the partnership.
As an example, we recently helped a customer identify that by re-working the configuration of internet lines across their business, they could save in excess of £50k per annum – which we then delivered.
We don’t make money out of vendor relationships and kick-back on product. We earn our money from the service we provide every month.
