Our Team
At Modrus, we are tremendously proud of the levels of service we provide and the subsequent word-of-mouth recommendations which result. However, service of this calibre does not happen by accident and we are equally proud of the people and processes we have in place behind the scenes, in order to deliver such quality.
We operate a rigorous selection process when recruiting members of staff, only hiring candidates with proven expertise in specific technology areas. As a result we have assembled a superb team of professionals, split into the following teams:
Implementation team - this team is responsible for bringing new clients online and adding additional components to existing clients' systems. Their remit begins with planning and project management and continues through to quality checking of hardware and software installation, prior to delivery. Next is the configuration of any Internet services, before on-site delivery, installation, configuration and user training. Their role is not complete until the client is happy.
'Business As Usual' team - this team is responsible for day-to-day systems maintenance and for providing telephone and email helpdesk support to clients. They follow proactive testing routines at regular intervals and monitor systems 24x7, in order to spot any issues before they become major problems. If a client requires assistance, these are the people they speak to, with each client being allocated a dedicated contact with detailed knowledge of their system configuration.
New services team - this team is the least client visible and is responsible for developing new system features and processes, which are then added to the client service portfolio. In some instances new services are based upon specific client requests, while others are based upon advances in technology. For instance, the recently launched Modrus Mediator features a unique unified messaging integration between the 3Com VCX VOIP telephone system and Microsoft Exchange.
